The Synergee Safety Straps are a strap-style spotter system that attaches to your power rack or squat rack to catch the barbell during failed lifts. Per the vendor, each strap is constructed from reinforced heavy-duty nylon webbing paired with solid steel quick-mount brackets, and the pair is rated to a 750 lb weight capacity. Unlike metal safety arms, the strap design reduces noise and eliminates metal-on-metal contact, protecting the barbell's knurling from scratches and wear. The straps are available in 2x2, 2x3, and 3x3 sizes with length options that fit rack inside depths up to 23", 29", or 35", and include converters for both 5/8" and 1" rack holes. Quick-change brackets let you swap heights in seconds without sliding long rods through every hole.
