Description

Legion Athletics Casein+ is a 100% micellar casein protein powder made from grass-fed Irish dairy sourced from small sustainable farms certified by Ireland's Sustainable Dairy Assurance Scheme (SDAS). Each serving delivers 26 g of slow-digesting protein plus 13 g of essential amino acids including 3 g of leucine — enough to fully stimulate muscle protein synthesis. Because micellar casein digests slowly over 6–8 hours, it's ideal for taking before bed to support overnight recovery, or between meals for sustained satiety.

Key features of Legion Athletics - Casein+ include:

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use Casein+?

Mix 1 serving with 8–10 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. Best taken before bed for overnight recovery, or between meals for satiety.

What's the difference between casein and whey?

Whey digests quickly (30–60 minutes) making it ideal post-workout. Casein digests slowly (6–8 hours) making it ideal for overnight recovery and long gaps between meals. Both stimulate muscle protein synthesis — they just release amino acids at different rates.

Is Casein+ safe for lactose-intolerant people?

Micellar casein is made from milk and contains some lactose. If you're lactose-intolerant you may experience bloating or gas. People with severe lactose intolerance should choose Whey+ isolate (very low lactose) or Plant+ (dairy-free) instead.

How is Casein+ different from other casein powders?

It's 100% micellar casein (the highest-quality form) from grass-fed Irish dairy, naturally sweetened without artificial ingredients, and dosed with a complete amino acid profile. Many competitor caseins use lower-quality caseinates or blend in cheaper protein sources.

Can I bake or cook with Casein+?

Yes. Casein+ works well in baked goods, puddings, and no-bake protein snacks. Mix with less water to make a thick, dessert-like protein pudding.
