The Workouts - 5 Per Week
This program has five workout days in a weeks time with anywhere from 8 to 16 different kettlebell exercises per day, plus warm-ups, mobility, and cool downs in addition to body weight movements as well. Each day consists of strength and conditioning workouts in different formats. You will perform the same 4 workouts throughout the program to track progress. Movements range from beginner to advanced. Marcus updates you along the way with how to maximize each week.
