Excellent program 

I'm a little over halfway through the program right now, and I can honestly say I’ve lost a bunch of weight (7 pounds in two weeks) while getting much stronger. I’m now doing one-arm rotational swings with the heaviest bell I own, the one I was nervous to two-hand swing before starting. Part of that is getting stronger, but part of it is also the result of the excellent teaching that goes on in the program, so I’m much more comfortable with the movements. Huge fan!

I'm entering into week 3 of the Double Gains program and my strength has increased substantially from the start of week 1. The Workouts - 5 Per Week

This program has five workout days in a weeks time with anywhere from 8 to 16 different kettlebell exercises per day, plus warm-ups, mobility, and cool downs in addition to body weight movements as well. Each day consists of strength and conditioning workouts in different formats. You will perform the similar 5 workouts (with added progressive overload) throughout the program to track progress. Movements range from beginner to advanced. Marcus updates you along the way with how to maximize each week.
