Hyperwear FlexLoad™ Rucking Weight Plates are designed to enhance your rucking and weight training workouts. Made from durable materials and filled with sustainably sourced recycled USA steel shot contained in plastic bottles, these weights are soft and flexible, conforming to your body for maximum comfort and mobility. Unlike traditional rigid ruck plates, these adjustable flexible ruck plates allow you to customize the weight to suit your fitness level and goals. Whether you're rucking, hiking, or engaging in high-intensity military training, these weights will help you build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
All three of our plates will fit in our Hyper Ruck rucking backpack and our Hyper Vest TAC heavy weighted vest. The 10 lb Green and 9 lb Blue plates will fit in the plate compartments of many third-party rucking backpacks and large plate carrier weight vests. All size plates will fit in the main compartment of a backpack that is 20L or larger.

The easy adjustability of Hyperwear Adjustable Flexible Rucking Weights allows you to gradually increase the resistance, promoting continuous strength gains and minimizing the risk of injury. Our flexible ruck plates offer a significant advantage over traditional rigid ruck plates and sand ruck plates. The flexibility ensures a comfortable fit that moves with your body, reducing the risk of injury and discomfort during prolonged use. Additionally, the adjustable weight feature allows for gradual progression, making them suitable for all fitness levels. Traditional ruck plates are rigid and can cause discomfort and bruising during extended use. Sand ruck plates provide some flexibility but lack the ability to adjust weight, and are not as dense as steel shot limiting their usefulness.
