Our original PRO D Handle bar came first.
All our PRO bars are fully CNC machined in ENGLAND using thick 10mm material. Choose from either black powder coated structural grade carbon steel or raw 304 STAINLESS STEEL.
PRO bar key features:

Our LITE D handle bars have all the versatility of our PRO range, but available at a lower price. Made using 8mm material, choose from either powder coated structural grade carbon steel or raw 304 STAINLESS STEEL.
LITE bar key features:
- Thinner, lightweight 8mm material.
- Tried and tested by the biggest lifters in the world.
- Highly adjustable, every 1 inch.
- Same hole layout as PRO bars.
- Laser cut G logo in centre.
- Durable textured black powder coat finish.
- Super strong but lightweight.
- Designed and manufactured in the UK.
- Worldwide shipping.
Our HOLEY D handle bars are a result of combining our standard bar with our T-BAR attachment. Featuring a central hole to suit an Olympic barbell, this makes the perfect bar for t-bar rows. HOLEY bars are available as part of the PRO and LITE range.

- Most versatile bar available.
