We designed this bar because the generic bars in the gym are not always perfect for every user. For example, a 6 foot 2 male has different mechanics to the 5 foot 4 female. In addition to this, joints, such as your wrists, are not meant to move in a fixed plane, it is much more comfortable to move freely, allowing some rotation at the joint.
Our bar is designed to be adjusted to perfectly fit YOUR mechanics. Simply by adding any cable attachment to the bar, you can allow a much more natural movement in your wrists, elbows, shoulders etc.
Achieve the perfect range of motion across a range of exercises. The result is that you’ll be able to train the desired muscle harder! We recommend pairing our bar with Angles 90 Grips – check them out in our shop.
