Learn the fundamentals before you move on to anything else. In addition, get better workout results with better movement! This course is designed to help you master the fundamentals of kettlebell movement in areas below. This course contains access to the same material as our fundamentals course, but includes a video form check with one of our trainers after you complete the course. This will be a 30 minute session in which you go through the movements you learn and our coaches help assess your movement to ensure you are moving safely and effectively for the best workout results. 

You Will Need: 

  • At least one kettlebell. 

How Does it Work?

  1. When you purchase, get access to classroom style learning from our master kettlebell instructor thoroughly demonstrating the movements. As you move through the course, utilize the comments sections to interact and ask questions world class trainers.
  2. When you finish, complete a video test lesson with a master instructor in which you demonstrate the movements and the instructor helps you perfect your form so you can create safe and effective workouts! You can choose from available times to schedule your video lesson. You will come away from this course and the video conference being able to move confidently and effectively!

This course is designed to achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and a handful of meaningful variations that will elevate your skills. Complete the assessments at the end and earn a certificate of completion. After this course you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  2. Why it's important to focus on the breath

  3. Our favorite mobility warmup and screening

  4. How to prepare for the rigors of kettlebell work

  5. The hinge leading into the deadlift and variations

  6. The swing and variations 

  7. The clean and variations 

  8. The press and variations
