Kettlebell Fundamentals. This takes an understanding of hard style and kettlebell sport and is able to navigate the gray area between those two styles of kettlebell training, delivering a simple yet masterful approach to teaching the difficult techniques of kettlebell (like swings, cleans, and snatches). This course provides incredible tips, techniques, and tricks to improve your movement patterns, kettlebell movement, breath work, and engagement.

Battle Rope Fundamentals. About 20 minutes into this course you will realize that the misconceptions of Battle Ropes abound. We will take a tool that is often thought of as an upper-body finisher or enhanced cardio tool, and turn it into a full body tool, that can drive results for any training need, including mobility, stability, strength, power, and endurance. This is done through an easy-to-understand approach to the laws of physics and the body's physiological adaptation process

      WHAT MAKES A GOOD WORKOUT PLAN?  A well rounded workout plan  includes components for power, strength, endurance and durability.  Traditionally, you need tons of different equipment to provide these for clients. 

      FULL BODY WORK. Often thought of as a finisher or tool for your upper body, battle rope workouts utilize muscles in your glutes, back, abs and can be used to build legs with lunges, squats and jumps.  Ropes can be  power, strength or endurance.
