How Does it Work?
When you purchase, get access to classroom style learning from our master kettlebell instructor thoroughly demonstrating the movements. As you move through the course, utilize the comments sections to interact and ask questions world class trainers.
When you finish, complete a video test lesson with a master instructor in which you demonstrate the movements and the instructor helps you perfect your form so you can create safe and effective workouts! You can choose from available times to schedule your video lesson. You will come away from this course and the video conference being able to move confidently and effectively!
This course is designed to achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and a handful of meaningful variations that will elevate your skills.
