What is Included:

And this occurs with Habits and focus. Whether it was self-taught, or learned from a coach, athletes have built habits and rhythms in their life where consistent daily diligence is the rule.
They have an uncanny ability to focus on something, sometimes for a seemingly endless amount of time (think about Tiger Woods ability to practice hitting golf balls with the same iron until his hands bled, and then doing it again the next day and the next day…).
This habit and focus performed day-in and day-out until they have reached a body awareness and body control that allows them to dominate their sport or game.
I may not be able to change your character traits, but I can give you the opportunity to practice habit and focus, by setting up a training cycle that demands incredible focus to do it well.
Even if you fail a bit, you don’t have to let the failure mean your work is final, failure will give you the opportunity to reset, re-engage, and build the habit of next one, best one.
