VIDEO/PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE FORM

I hereby grant Living.Fit, Kettlebell Kings, and host facility (hereby: “LF/KBK”) the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me on LF/KBK websites, social media accounts and other websites; and in publications, promotional flyers, educational materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation to me.

I understand and agree that such photographs and/or video recordings of me may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name and/or title in printed, Internet or broadcast information that might accompany the photographs and/or video recordings of me. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all such portraits, pictures, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all plates, negatives, recording tape and digital files are and shall remain the property of LF/KBK.

I hereby release, acquit and forever discharge LF/KBK, its current and former trustees, agents, officers and employees of the above-named entities from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation of likeness or defamation.

I hereby warrant that I am eighteen (18) years old or more and competent to contract in my own name or, if I am less than eighteen years old, that my parent or guardian has signed this release form below. This release is binding on me and my heirs, assigns and personal representatives.


ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM

I HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN ANY/ALL ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LIVING.FIT AND KETTLEBELL KINGS AND HOST FACILITY (HEREBY “LF/KBK”) EVENT, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of their possible liability without fault. 

I certify that I am physically fit, have sufficiently prepared or trained for participation in this activity, and have not been advised to not participate by a qualified medical professional. I certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in this activity. 
I acknowledge that this Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form will be used by the event holders, sponsors, and organizers of the activity in which I may participate, and that it will govern my actions and responsibilities at said activity. 
In consideration of my application and permitting me to participate in this activity, I hereby take action for myself, my executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows: 
(A) I WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this activity, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: LF/KBK and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, representatives, and agents, and the activity holders, sponsors, and volunteers; 

(B) INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS, AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE the entities or persons mentioned in this paragraph from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in this activity, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise. 
I acknowledge that LF/KBK and their directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents are NOT responsible for the errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific activity on their behalf. 

I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of a person's physical and mental limits and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury, and property loss. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, facilities, temperature, weather, condition of participants, equipment, vehicular traffic, lack of hydration, and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, monitors, and/or producers of the activity. These risks are not only inherent to participants, but are also present for volunteers. 
I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness during this activity. 
I understand while participating in this activity, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. 
The Accident Waiver and Release of Liability Form shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law. 
I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.

Join us in Tustin, Ca March 21, 2020 from 9am - 2pm for this Kettlebell Fundamentals Certification! 

This Certification is all about how to get more from your kettlebell. The kettlebell is a powerful tool that will help build strength, awareness, conditioning, coordination and athleticism. With the Foundation to Flow series certification you will be  introduced to a method that will take the most novice kettlebell user to a pro.
 
Kettlebell flow is the ability to move seamlessly, almost effortlessly, in a number of planes and positions. The focus on volume and work diminishes as quality of movement, precision and play take over. This will enhance your athleticism and training in other areas, creates a limitless space of potential and progress for yourself and your clients and allows you to have a great time. We offer you a new perspective not to replace, but enhance your current knowledge and skills 

What is Covered:

This course is designed to achieve safe and effective performance of basic kettlebell movements and a handful of meaningful variations that will elevate your skills a coach. Complete the assessments at the end and earn a certificate of completion. After this course you should be able to demonstrate the following:

  1. Safety 101 to keep yourself and your client from harm
  2. Why it's important to focus on the breath
  3. Our favorite mobility warmup and screening
  4. How to prepare for the rigors of kettlebell work
  5. The hinge leading into the deadlift and variations
  6. The swing and variations 
  7. The clean and variations 
  8. The press and variations

Pass assessments when you complete the course and earn a certificate of completion!

Requirements: 

None. This is designed for anyone from beginner to advanced athletes.
  • Learn how to properly handle the a kettlebell for maximum effectiveness 
  • Build proficiency with cues and coaching to give your clients more value  
  • Build a strong foundation to be able to take your kettlebell training to new levels 
  • Learn how to move mindfully and efficiently to create incredible, productive flows

How is This Cert Different:

With the Foundation to Flow Certification you'll find a blend of hard and flow style to be able to choose the appropriate method to apply at the right time with the right person. The F2F System will teach you the foundation to master the basic movements and then expand on them into strong, powerful, useful creative flows. What makes a kettlebell so powerful the ability to transition from different planes and angles quickly making you a resilient more competent mover. We go into more rotational work as well as the break down of flow and how it pertains to athletic endeavors. It is also a ton of fun!
