Before finding the Living Fit membership, I had looked into several online programs including some ridiculously expensive coaching programs. I am so glad I found this membership. I have been using the Kettlebell Origins program for about 1 week, and I have already lost a few pounds, but, more importantly, I have already seen strength and mobility gains. I feel great, have energy, and look forward to the workouts.

Reason why I’m 59 years young and I Love follow along (workouts) especially pre & post workouts and you guys do a good job in tuning up an individual for the start of a workout and then a post cool down. I love the resistance band training even though I do love my kettlebells and other weight training equipment but as you get older you want to not only be safe but also protect yourself from injuries because as we get older it doesn’t get any easier. Plus you’ve made it affordable! I’m a US Marine Veteran and a Retired Disabled Civil Service Worker, so time isn’t on my side and I need to be rock solid when I reach my 60th. I love what (Living.Fit) are doing and continue the Pre, Present, & Post workouts follow along workouts, it’s amazing!

Living where I do, I have found it difficult to locate a trainer with enough expertise in kettlebells to take me to my next level. The first two sessions were both challenging and reassuring. Challenging because I have received a fresh look at my workouts, and reassuring because I have received validation that my self-taught techniques with kettlebells are strong, sound, and correct! I got to (Living.Fit) via social media when researching kettlebell workouts. I liked your approach, balancing workouts with objective and informed nutrition advice. Tone was important tool - sound advice, explained well and easily comprehended - and the fact you weren’t pushing product. It’s there - you need to drive revenue - but it’s not in your face like some others. I follow your YouTube, read the mails and have the app.

Living Fit is different from the usual approach for online gyms and fitness services. Different because they offer workouts with kettlebells, ropes and dumbbells, while the usual trend is to use barbells and fitness machines. Therefore, LivingFit's focus is better because it focuses on health and core building before pumping muscles.

Exercising has kept me sane and LivingFit has been a huge part. Thank you for this affordable and very well put together programming. I love the variety of exercises offered with simple equipment and the guidance from the coaches on how to do the movements properly. I definitely recommend it.

I appreciate the variety of fitness goals (i.e., weight management, strength, etc). I also appreciate the available modalities (i.e , battleropes, kettlebells, etc.). The customization of workouts is fantastic!

Wow !! Am I impressed with all the plans available. My interests (for now) are with the kettlebells and resistance bands. The paths available may be a little too intense for me, I'm starting out with the ten minute flow. So far so good instruction is stellar. Thanks for helping to keep this lady get strong!!!

A great initiative. Training programs for each career stage and tailored to planned goals. Great videos and editorial on the site. LIVING Fit deserves to be more popular. Importantly, the focus here is not on a chosen discipline like powerlifting or crossfit, just looking after a healthy and functional body.

The workouts are excellent. I love that the site is a pervasive web app. That means I can access from my mobile devices without having to worry if there is a native app available on that platform. Fantastic! I'm now less locked into my current ecosystem and wort have to stay simply to keep my Living.Fit app. I'm sure that free's up resources to commit to developing more workouts, refining existing ones, and possibly creating new workouts with new fitness tools.
