This program can be followed by elite athletes as well elderly, youth or recently recovered individuals, as it is foundational movements with a single bell. Inside, Marcus talks through how to actually perform the movements safely, as opposed to just telling you what to do in order to get more or less out of each movement.

How Many Kettlebells Do I Need?
- Workouts in this plan can be followed with one or multiple kettlebells
You can modify double movements in this program with just 1 kettlebell. If you have multiple kettlebells you can still use all of them in this program as you progress. Each week, Marcus will provide you update with how attack the week's workouts. We designed this program for those with at least one bell. No other equipment is needed.

The Workouts - 4 Per Week
This program has four workout days in a weeks time with anywhere from 8 to 16 different kettlebell exercises per day, plus warm-ups, mobility, and cool downs in addition to body weight movements as well. Each day consists of strength and conditioning workouts in different formats. You will perform the same 4 workouts throughout the program to track progress. Movements range from beginner to advanced.
